01 · Installation & replacement
Seamless gutters
Rolled in one continuous length per side of the roof, hung with the fall the water needs.
02 · Fine mesh, new or existing
Gutter guards
Openings small enough that pine needles ride over the edge. Fitted after the trough is cleaned out.
03 · Trough, outlets and drops
Gutter cleaning
Needles, seed pods and shingle grit out by hand, then the downspouts checked.
04 · Re-hangs, hangers and seals
Gutter repair
Lost pitch, pulled hangers, weeping mitres, a blocked outlet. Most overflow is one of those four.
05 · Sized, placed, extended
Downspouts
Drops where the roof actually sends its water, and an elbow that puts it out past the footing.
06 · The board behind the gutter
Fascia & soffit
Soft or stained fascia dealt with before a new run goes on it, and the soffit checked while the eave is open.
07 · Moss, streaking and debris
Roof cleaning
The shingles above the gutter washed down, usually on the same visit as the gutter work.
